Stop Cutting Calories

The world tells us to lose weight we must cut calories, but that is often not the truth.

The majority of my clients come to me because they have plateaued on their current weight loss and they don't understand why. They are eating whole foods at all of their meals, eating the least they ever have eaten and working out 7 times a week. They have been in a caloric deficit for months, restricting their favorite foods and often under performing in the gym. The truth is they are under fueling themselves for their day to day activity.

We must get comfortable eating consistently at a higher caloric amount for our bodies to heal and perform their best. This allows us to have food freedom and enjoy foods we love while, also, enjoying life.

Sadly, I wish I could say the adjustment will make you feel better overnight, but that is not the case. This nutrition journey you will embark on will take time, just as it took time to get to where you are now, but along the way you will notice you are sleeping better, your energy is better, performance in the gym is better and you are doing this while still living your normal life.

Trust the process!
